Gose | 500ml | ABV 5.4% | Orbost, Australia
This gose tastes like peach, pink grapefruit, guava, with a lively lime acidity and lingering floral finish. Fantastic example of a washed Ethiopian coffee.
#Funkenthing We raise a beer can to the late Andrew King! He was a friend of Sailors Grave and a friend to many others, partner and dad to B&C, coffee guru, blackbelt in jujitsu, hifi geek and curator of the weird and wonderful in life. But mostly he was a unique and beautiful human being who will be missed. Can Art - Andrew King @siggletheomph
Inspired by a treacherous cove at Cape Conran, Sailors Grave's brews has inflections of the ocean and rural living. This East Gippsland’s brewery is located in an abandoned factory that has been around since 1893. Founders Chris and Gab Moore make the most of the bountiful land around them, incorporating indigenous botanicals picked in the bush, salt, weed and sea life, as well as fruits, grains & produce from local farms & orchards and wild yeasts from their backyard.
