Cutting edge technology was used to remove enzymes so that this Namazake can be stored at room temperature. Softest of the three, slightly dry and boasting elegant fruity aromatics.
Established in 1889, Nihonsakari was selected as a purveyor of sake for the Imperial Household when the enthronement ceremony of the Emperor Taisho was held in 1913, and is still regularly served there today. The brewing village is located in the Nada region facing the Sea of Japan, which is known for its original techniques of rice polishing and preparation for sake brewing.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where the product delivered is different from what was ordered.
We offer free same day delivery for orders S$99 and above made before 4pm. Same day delivery orders will be delivered between 6pm to 9.30pm on the same day.
Orders are cut off at 4pm daily. Orders made after 4pm each day for next day delivery will be delivered the day after next, 6pm-9.30pm.
S$15 flat rate for next day delivery on orders below S$99.
Orders placed for self collection will be available 3 working days after purchase at Chinatown Complex Food Centre, #02-058, Singapore 050335. Orders must be collected within 3 days from date of purchase due to spatial constraints.
Pickup hours are Tuesdays to Saturdays 7pm-9.30pm unless otherwise stated or announced on our social media. Uncollected orders will not be refunded.
