Pours a matte golden color - completely opaque and hazy. Smell has notes of lemon, mango, papaya, and lots of lemongrass and grass. Taste follows the nose with an array of lemon, papaya, mango, and lots of grass and herbal hops on the back end

Imported beers have been labelled and dated for their domestic market, hence the shorter stated shelf life. For export market, it's usually between 4-12 months depending on the style of beer. Please note that we take precautions to ensure all our beers are cold chained to avoid any deterioration in quality.
Founded in 2006 by current Creative Director Mikkel Borg Bjergsø and journalist Kristian Klarup Keller in Copenhagen, Mikkeller was initially based on the gypsy brewery ethos and continues this practise today.
