A blend of saison and mixed culture beer that was aged in French oak for 12 months, and then macerated on Yarra Valley white peaches for 4 months at a fruiting rate of 470g/L
This beer is 100% naturally conditioned in the bottle. Some yeast sediment is completely normal. We recommend chilling upright for 24 hours before opening. Enjoy fresh, or age carefully as the beer will develop in complexity over time.
Powering up their Glen Iris brewhouse, located 10km southeast of Melbourne's CBD, was an incredible milestone for Deeds Brewing founders Pat Alé and Dave Milstein. Having gained life as a contract brand, Quiet Deeds, in 2012, the brewery remains proudly independent and is still passionately brewing quality beers worth sharing. Under the leadership of Head Brewer Justin Corbitt, expect the new Deeds beers to be exploring a diverse array of modern styles.
