Developed in collaboration with the Margaret River Hemp Co, this handcrafted and delicately smoked gin is made using locally grown organic hemp hearts. The smoking process adds a level of complexity and when blended with carefully selected botanicals, results in a truly contemporary gin.
Anchored by juniper, the creamy nutty hemp heart envelopes the tongue and lingers long after the smoke has disappeared. Other pronounced flavours include toasted sesame and sweet orange.
Best enjoyed: in a G&T with one part gin to two parts quality tonic. Garnish with grapefruit, chilli, and a bay leaf.

Tucked away in a grove of native peppermint trees a short stroll from the town centre, Margaret River Distilling Company's ethos is to reflect the flavours of Australia’s South West by working with native botanicals when possible and adding local twists to its Giniversity expressions.
