DDH DIPA | 440ml | ABV 8.7% | Brisbane, AUS
Particle Maze is a brand new DDH Double IPA brewed in collaboration with our newest mates from Bracket Brewing in Alexandria, NSW. We thought we'd kick this romance off with a bang, a big bang. So, we did what we thought was right and put more hops into this DDH DIPA than Mike from Bracket thought was humanely sane. We've sourced some magical Rakau SubZero Hop Kief from our wonderful friends at Freestyle Hops to pair with Bru-1, Citra Cryo™, Cashmere, Motueka and a dash of CryoPop™. Holy hops, this baby is a J U I C E B O M B. Stupid levels of hop aroma and flavour thanks to the shear volume of hops and the epic Rakau addition mean we get intense flavours of white grape, tropical lychee and white peach, plus an underlying hit of stonefruit and just a hint of light and beautiful dankness. The body is pure velvet and slides over the palate in a beautiful hop engulfing fashion. The flavour level is intense, don't get us wrong, but something about this beer is so incredibly moreish you will not want to put it down.
