Fin Wines, a fermentation collective, launched in January 2020 with a range of vinos, cidre, and piquette. Fin Wines is producing young, fresh wines, ciders and "fun" drinks with an emphasis on drinkability. They have minimal additions, no filtering, spontaneous fermentation, and no fancy winemaking techniques.
