This Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout represents the fourth and final release of the 21/22 Fray Series. It was blended from 18 handpicked barrels and conditioned on vanilla beans and fresh habanero chilli peppers. Sweet, sweet bourbon abounds with notes of chocolate, vanilla, coconut, oak, and a mildly spicy finish.
Powering up their Glen Iris brewhouse, located 10km southeast of Melbourne's CBD, was an incredible milestone for Deeds Brewing founders Pat Alé and Dave Milstein. Having gained life as a contract brand, Quiet Deeds, in 2012, the brewery remains proudly independent and is still passionately brewing quality beers worth sharing. Under the leadership of Head Brewer Justin Corbitt, expect the new Deeds beers to be exploring a diverse array of modern styles.
