Boatrocker Brewery
Boatrocker Brewery is an independent brewery in the southeast of Melbourne and operates one of the largest barrel programs in Australia. The beer philosophy here: make the best beer possible using the best possible ingredients. Having learned the tricks of the trade in Belgium, Founder & Head Brewer Matt Houghton is set on creating Australian versions of lambics, Berliner Weisse, Flanders red style ales and beyond.
