Hazy Pale | 375ml | ABV 5.6% | Glen Iris, Australia
We all came up winners when a brewer, lumbered with organising the coolroom hops, discovered a hidden box of BRU-1. This hard to find varietal had been delivered late one night as we rested, ready for an early start. We had to brew with it immediately, we couldn’t wait to taste the spicy, tropical pineapple alongside a healthy dose of Eclipse and Citra Cryo. What does this have to do with Tapioca and it's deregulation? Honestly, nothing. And that's OK too. We just wanted to play with some new hops and share this ripper of a hazy pale. Cheers!

Powering up their Glen Iris brewhouse, located 10km southeast of Melbourne's CBD, was an incredible milestone for Deeds Brewing founders Pat Alé and Dave Milstein. Having gained life as a contract brand, Quiet Deeds, in 2012, the brewery remains proudly independent and is still passionately brewing quality beers worth sharing. Under the leadership of Head Brewer Justin Corbitt, expect the new Deeds beers to be exploring a diverse array of modern styles.
